Join Issaquah Alps Trails Club and the Green Issaquah Partnership in restoring Issaquah's forested parks. We will be enjoying some time outdoors while digging out blackberry roots and pulling out other weedy plants to protect existing trees and prepare for planting in the fall/winter.

Before attending this event, please watch our COVID-19 Volunteer Event Safety Video -

Arrive wearing your cloth face covering. You will be expected to keep it on through the entire event. If you forget a mask, extras will be available. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide water and snacks during our events. Please come prepared with your own water bottle and food. You are welcome to bring your own hand sanitizer, work gloves, and specific tools applicable to the tasks outlined in the work plan below (please no power equipment). We will also supply gloves, tools, hand sanitizer, well as sanitation spray for tools.

What to Bring

Bring your own gloves if you have them. There will be gloves available for those that don't have their own.
Please dress in layers and in clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Closed-toed shoes, long sleeves, and pants are recommended. Bring a full water bottle and snacks. Don't forget to bring your rain gear if rain is in the forecast.
